AACDP-AAP Joint Master Leadership Program

ANNOUNCING A NEW PROGRAM OFFERING:
The inaugural AACDP/AAP Joint Master Leadership Program.  It is a one-year leadership development program with in-person workshops held in September and May to coincide with AACDP meetings.  Virtual workshops begin in October and conclude in April.  Participants must attend both in-person programs and a minimum of four (4) virtual sessions to qualify for a certificate of completion.  A mentorship component is provided by current or former chairs of psychiatry.

The program is designed to prepare faculty for roles as chairs, vice-chairs, assistant/associate deans. medical directors, and other leadership positions. 

Schedule:

Inaugural in-person session - Sept. 15 & Sept. 16

It precedes the AAP Annual Meeting on September 16-19 and the AACDP Fall Meeting on September 18 -19 (AACDP Fall Meeting details and registration will open soon)  

Location: Little America Hotel, Salt Lake City, Utah; Idaho Room on the 1st floor
